Talkmap’s leadership set out to solve an enormous problem – the lack of visibility into companies’ most valuable untapped assets – conversations with their customers and prospects. As experienced leaders in both large enterprises and contact center transformation projects, we had experienced first-hand how hard it is to gain actionable insight into what customers are talking about when they contact a company. Call disposition systems can’t capture it and structured Voice of the Customer research is both limited and delayed.
